Families in our parishes are already getting ready to welcome your pilgrims. Registering your group takes four steps, and this page shows the whole way before you begin.

Four steps to Gwangju

You can save your work and come back any time.

  1. Create your account

    One account per group. We send a link to confirm your e-mail.

  2. Tell us about your group

    Group leader, contact details and how many pilgrims you expect.

    You'll needLetter of recommendation (PDF), signed by your bishop or major superior

  3. Gwangju approves your letter

    We e-mail you as soon as it is approved. Step 3 opens then.

  4. Add your pilgrims

    Upload an Excel file, send pilgrims a link, or add them one by one.

    You'll needEach pilgrim's name, baptismal name, date of birth and sex

  5. Review and submit

    Check the whole list once more, then submit it to Gwangju.

  6. You're registered

    You receive a registration number.
